Neil, as a leader in the mining resources sector, advises equity and debt providers on the structures and approaches to complex development and implementation projects.

Neil is Brisbane based with 30 years experience in the natural resources sector.

He routinely advises equity and debt providers on the structures and approaches to complex development and implementation projects.

Neil has earned a reputation for setting best practices in project management, feasibility studies, controls and contracts. He has been the task leader on major performance or investment reviews of mining, processing, power and industrial projects.

In 1988, Neil founded Enthalpy Pty Ltd, which has developed under his direction into a respected and successful organisation capable of managing and advising on structuring and implementing complex major mining projects.

Neil is an experienced International Project Manager and is a Mechanical Engineer by training, with multi-discipline skills and an orientation towards commercial and project control aspects of the mining, energy, resource and industrial sectors.
