Technical and commercial segmental analyses are brought together through a tightly managed leadership of a group of disciplined experts to maintain a focus on the overall review deliverable – producing results-based services.

IEA strives to provide consistent quality deliverables by way of a comprehensive internal QA/QC audit and review process that requires a separate peer review of all major recommendations or decisions reached during an assignment. Hence we provide a high level of confidence and contestability to recommendations offered.

After a project secures funding, IEA can provide the ongoing review, monitoring and certification of construction and commissioning that is necessary to ensure that progress is in accordance with the approved execution plan. To complete the advisory service for investors, we carry out this vital function irrespective of location.

Neil Cusworth has a Project Management career spanning almost four decades in the resource sector with exposure in minerals, oil and gas and industrial building sectors.

Neil has worked extensively and globally on assignments as a Project Manager – Director and has undertaken a variety of specialist advisory assignments since 1996 providing ‘best practice' systems and procedures for multinational corporations.

Significant projects worked on have included: the Moline Gold Mine, Gordonstone Coal Mine, Queensland Magnesia, Sale of the Gladstone Power Station, Magnesium Metal Projects, Alumbrera Copper Gold Project in Argentina, Anaconda Nickel Project, and the Tenke Fungurume Copper Cobalt Project.
